When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods like new collection launches or sales, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Are Made By Mitchell products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we permit third parties to do so on our behalf.

How can I track my package?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
